Every contract starts with a site survey and a written specification that states what is cleaned, how often, with which products and to what standard.

That matters most in regulated settings. Care homes and surgeries are inspected, and inspectors ask for evidence rather than assurance. Signed visit records, cleaning schedules and product data sheets are supplied as standard so the evidence exists before anyone asks for it.

From first call to signed-off visits

Site visit and survey

We visit the premises, walk the areas with you and note access, risk zones and anything the previous arrangement missed.

Written specification

You receive a task list per area with frequency, products and timings. Nothing is left to assumption on either side.

Scheduled cleaning

The same team attends on a fixed rota, working before or after hours where the setting requires it.

Records and review

Visits are signed off, product data sheets are supplied, and the specification is reviewed as your needs change.
