Our approach

Specification first, cleaning second

Most cleaning disputes come from an unwritten expectation. One party assumed the inside of the fridge was included; the other assumed it was not. We remove that by starting every contract with a site survey and a written specification covering each area, its frequency, the products used and the standard expected.

In healthcare and care settings the specification does more than prevent disagreement. It is the document that demonstrates a cleaning regime exists, which is what the Care Quality Commission asks a provider to show. Signed visit records and product data sheets sit alongside it.

The company is based in Bicester and works across Oxfordshire. Office hours are Monday to Saturday 9:00–17:00 and Sunday 9:00–15:00, with cleaning scheduled outside those hours where a site requires it.

How we work

Four commitments that shape every contract

Infection control is the starting point

Zoning, colour-coded equipment and correct disinfectant contact times are built into every specification, not added for clinical clients only.

Records you can show an inspector

Signed visit sheets, cleaning schedules and product data sheets are supplied as standard, so your evidence file is not something you assemble later.

The same team each visit

Consistent staffing means the specification is actually known rather than re-learned, which matters most in care settings and occupied homes.

Scheduled around your operation

Early mornings, evenings, weekends and around patient lists. Office hours Monday to Saturday 9:00–17:00 and Sunday 9:00–15:00.

Standards

Infection control is a method, not a claim

Colour-coded equipment prevents cross-contamination between clinical, kitchen, washroom and general areas. Disinfectants are left for their stated contact time rather than wiped away early. High-touch surfaces are treated separately from floors. None of this is complicated, but all of it has to be specified and checked, and that is the part most schedules omit.

  • Colour-coded equipment, zoned by area
  • Correct disinfectant contact times observed
  • High-touch surfaces treated separately
  • Hospital-grade, eco-conscious products
  • Signed visit records supplied
  • Cleaning schedules kept current
Where we work

Based in Bicester, working across Oxfordshire

Being local is operational rather than sentimental. When a care home needs an unscheduled barrier clean, or an office changes its access hours at a day’s notice, distance decides whether that is possible. We keep the coverage area tight enough to answer those calls.
