Overview

Pick the setting, not the package

Cleaning requirements are set by the premises and its regulator, not by a tier on a price list. Each service below states exactly what it covers.

Clinical & Healthcare Cleaning

GP surgeries, dental practices, renal units and treatment rooms cleaned to infection-control protocols, with colour-coded equipment and documented sign-off.

Care Home Cleaning

Daily domestic and communal cleaning for residential and nursing homes, worked around residents rather than through them.

Domestic & House Cleaning

Regular or one-off cleaning for homes across Bicester and Oxfordshire, on a written task list you set.

Office & Commercial Cleaning

Offices, receptions, washrooms and shared spaces cleaned outside working hours, with consumables restocked.

End of Lease & End of Tenancy Cleaning

Full property cleans for tenants, landlords and agents, worked to a check-out inventory so deposits are not disputed.

Specialist Infection Control

Enhanced disinfection for outbreak response, post-incident cleaning and high-risk areas, using hospital-grade products.

Clinical & Healthcare Cleaning

Clinical environments are cleaned against a written specification rather than a general checklist. Work is zoned by risk, equipment is colour-coded to prevent cross-contamination between clinical and sanitary areas, and touch points are treated separately from floors and general surfaces. Each visit is signed off so the practice holds a dated record for its own inspection file.

  • Treatment rooms, consulting rooms and waiting areas
  • Colour-coded equipment, separated by zone
  • Touch-point disinfection recorded per visit
  • Clinical waste handled to site policy
  • Out-of-hours scheduling around patient lists

Care Home Cleaning

Care settings need cleaning that fits around residents, mealtimes and visiting hours. We cover bedrooms, communal lounges, dining rooms, bathrooms and corridors on a fixed rota, with the same team wherever possible so residents see familiar faces. Cleaning schedules and product data sheets are supplied for your records, which is what inspectors ask to see.

  • Bedrooms, lounges, dining rooms and bathrooms
  • Fixed rota with a consistent team
  • Barrier cleaning during outbreaks
  • Schedules and product data sheets supplied
  • Laundry and communal-area support available

Domestic & House Cleaning

Weekly, fortnightly or one-off house cleaning built on a task list you agree at the first visit, so nothing is assumed and nothing is missed. Kitchens and bathrooms are treated as priority areas. The same cleaner attends wherever scheduling allows, and you can adjust the task list at any point without renegotiating the whole arrangement.

  • Weekly, fortnightly or one-off visits
  • Written task list agreed at the first visit
  • Kitchens and bathrooms prioritised
  • Same cleaner wherever scheduling allows
  • Keyholding by written agreement

Office & Commercial Cleaning

Commercial cleaning scheduled before or after your working day, so desks, meeting rooms, kitchens and washrooms are ready before staff arrive. Washroom consumables are checked and restocked on every visit and reported when stock runs low, which removes the most common source of complaints. Frequency ranges from daily to weekly depending on headcount and footfall.

  • Desks, meeting rooms, kitchens and receptions
  • Washroom sanitisation and consumable restocking
  • Daily, alternate-day or weekly frequency
  • Before-hours or after-hours scheduling
  • Periodic deep cleans built into the contract

End of Lease & End of Tenancy Cleaning

End of tenancy work is measured against the check-out inventory, not against a generic list. Ovens, extractors, inside cupboards, skirtings, window interiors and appliance seals are covered because those are the items that trigger deposit deductions. Book it after the property is emptied so every surface is reachable, and we will return to address anything the check-out report raises.

  • Worked against the check-out inventory
  • Oven, extractor and appliance interiors
  • Inside cupboards, drawers and wardrobes
  • Skirtings, frames and window interiors
  • Return visit if the check-out report raises an item

Specialist Infection Control

Enhanced cleaning for situations a routine schedule is not designed to handle: outbreak response, post-incident decontamination and high-risk areas during periods of elevated transmission. Work is planned around a defined contact time for each product rather than a fixed clock, because disinfectants only perform when left on the surface long enough to work. Areas are documented before release back into use.

  • Outbreak response and barrier cleaning
  • Hospital-grade disinfectants, correct contact times
  • Touch-point and high-risk surface protocols
  • Post-incident decontamination
  • Documented sign-off before areas are released
